    Security & Privacy

    Yes. InCard applies: • Role-based access control (RBAC) • Data encryption • Log storage & audit history Your data is not used to train public AI.
    Only: • Authorized users with proper permissions • InCard technical team (with consent & per SLA) All access is logged and controlled.
    InCard complies with: • GDPR • PDPA • Decree 13 (Vietnam) Businesses can choose data storage region (VN / SG / AU depending on plan).
