AI TRAVEL AGENT
Advise on the tour while they are still dreaming about the trip. Alongside them until they get home.
AI agents ask the right questions, suggest tours that fit the budget and have places left, help hold a seat, and stay with travellers throughout the trip — on the website, Zalo, Messenger and calls.

Tours are not lost on the price list.
It is lost in the questions nobody answered in time.
Travellers can drift off mid-enquiry, when they have to explain themselves again on a second channel, when they need help mid-trip, or after they get home and nobody follows up.

An illustrative traveller journey
01 / 04
The moment a traveller still has ten unanswered questions
Before they open another tour operator’s tab.
02 / 04
The moment they explain what they want for the third time
Because today a different person covers a different channel.
03 / 04
The moment they need help and the office has closed
Mid-trip, somewhere they have never been.
04 / 04
The moment that decides whether they travel with you again
Right after the trip, before they have even posted all the photos.
01
Bottleneck · Before the tour is booked
They ask ten questions and get three answers.
What time is the flight, how many stars is the hotel, how are children priced, are there places on that date, what does cancelling cost. Every unanswered question is a reason to ask somewhere else.
02
Bottleneck · Personalised advice
No two trips are alike, so advice always starts from zero.
How many people, any young children or older travellers, resort or adventure, what budget. They message on Facebook, follow up on Zalo, sometimes call — a different person covers each, and nobody sees the whole picture.
03
Bottleneck · During the trip
The traveller is mid-trip; the office closed hours ago.
What time do we meet tomorrow, where does the coach pick up, can we change dinner, what is there to eat nearby. These arrive at any hour — and an hour’s delay can ruin a whole day of the itinerary.
04
Bottleneck · After the trip
They get home happy, and then nobody mentions them again.
No thank-you, no review request, no invitation for next season. Next time they start again on a price-comparison site — however good the trip was.
Alongside them from the first question about price.
It continues after they get home.
The Travel Agent holds the same tour catalogue, departure schedule and traveller context across all three stages — so nobody explains themselves again at each touchpoint.
01 · Advice and choosing a tour
Turn a question about price into a trip clear enough to book.
The agent asks what it needs to know — how many, when, what style, what budget — then checks it against departures that actually have places before suggesting anything.

Close while the family is still discussing it.
The agent holds places within the limit the company permits, sends an approved deposit link, and confirms the details before anything is written into the tour operations system.

03 · During and after the trip
Travel with them the whole way, and do not vanish when they get home.
The agent sends the day-by-day itinerary, answers the familiar questions on the spot, passes anything needing a person to operations, then asks for a review and invites them back in the right season.

One call at 9pm.
One family of three sets off.
A traveller calls the hotline after the office has closed. The Travel Agent takes the call, records what they need, and carries the conversation on over Zalo until the group departs.

Live scenario
Before you let an agent answer in place of an adviser.
What tour operators usually want cleared up about tour data, voice channels, languages and travellers’ documents.
No. The agent handles the repetitive work and the out-of-hours cover — departures, pricing, cancellation policy, sending itineraries. Bespoke tours, large groups and special requests remain with advisers.
The agent covers the shift — advisers keep the cases that need a person.
By escalation rules set from the outset: bespoke tours, large groups, visa requests, charters or MICE, and anything arising mid-trip that needs an operations decision.
From the tour operations system or internal data sources the company allows it to connect to. The data scope and sync frequency are set during the technical review, before rollout.
It can be enabled just for out-of-hours or when the line is busy, without replacing your existing telephony. What is actually possible depends on the system you run and how well it connects.
The company configures the language list for its target markets. For inbound travellers, start with one language on one channel, measure answer quality, then expand.
They sit outside the agent’s access. It can remind a traveller of a document deadline, but it never reads, collects or stores passport numbers, visa details or photographs of identity documents.
The agent flags document deadlines — it never touches the documents.
Start with one specific tour-sales scenario.
You do not have to replace the whole system.
A workshop to review your traveller journey, pick the priority scenario and work out what data to prepare before integration is discussed.
